William E. "Vic" Vickery

William E. Vickery, 78, of Yardley, PA passed away into the presence of the Lord Jesus on July 12, 2022. Born on January 5, 1944, and better known by family and friends as “Vic”, he is survived by wife Beverly of 57 years, daughter Alysa Vickery DiVirgilio and her husband Jason, and son Darren Vickery and his wife Kimberly, and six grandchildren, Isabella, Samuel and Susanna DiVirgilio, and Bennett, Colin and Ryan Vickery. He is also survived by two sisters, Michele Vickery and Patricia Constantino of Springhill, Florida, along with several nieces and nephews.

Vic retired in 2007 from NMS Labs of Horsham, PA where he worked for 34 years as a research chemist in forensic toxicology. Upon retirement, Vic and Bev moved to their home on Long Beach Island, NJ where he served as a deacon and elder at the Grace Calvary Church in Ship Bottom. They returned to Yardley in 2015.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, August. 18, 2022 from 10-11 AM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA  19067.  His memorial service will begin at 11 AM with the Rev. Dan Stott of Grace Calvary Church, Ship Bottom, NJ, officiating.

His interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
